Camillo is a Business Process Outsourcing firm whose business is to increase clients' productivity, operational efficiency, and in turn profit by taking over some of their intensive business processes.
The position we are looking to fill is that of Sales Agents. The Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring loan customers, generating revenue through an efficient collection system, enhancing revenue within existing client portfolios through wallet growth and repeat sales, as well as seeking new clients and businesses within the assigned territory or region portfolio. In addition to asset creation, the Sales Associate is expected to ensure excellent experience and service delivery satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of the Sales Associate include achieving set asset (loan) growth, delivering an excellent client experience that meets or exceeds client needs, sourcing customers to access the company's products and services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying target markets and sales tactics to improve product offerings, booking loans, ensuring the collection of repayments, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects. The Sales Associate is also expected to have extensive technical knowledge of how technology can be used to enhance business operations and ensure compliance with the company's values, policies, and standards, as well as compliance with all local statutory requirements.
