Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies to drive acquisition and growth
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels
• Manage campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation
• Implement and manage performance tracking and attribution systems (pixels, conversion APIs, analytics tools)
• Analyse campaign data and translate insights into clear optimisation strategies
• Produce concise performance reports and recommendations for growth improvement

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience managing performance marketing or growth campaigns
• Strong experience running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance analytics
• Proven ability to optimise campaigns and improve ROI through data-driven decisions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and ability to translate data into insights
