About the Role

• We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to take charge of our online presence — someone who can blend creativity with analytics to drive engagement, growth, and impact.
• As a key member of our Social Media Team, you will shape the company’s digital voice, create engaging campaigns, and develop strategies that keep our audience inspired and connected.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute innovative digital and social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage captivating content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Track, measure, and analyze performance data to improve campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content and campaigns with company goals and marketing objectives.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies to ensure we’re always leading the conversation online.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of proven experience managing digital or social media platforms for brands or agencies.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics, trends, and advertising tools.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and storytelling skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a creative edge.
• Applicants must reside within or around Ikeja, Lagos.
