    Digital Media Executive/Analyst

    Role Overview:

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and social media-savvy Digital Media Executive / Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a master of digital media strategy, content creation, and campaign analysis. You will play a key role in managing our online presence, planning engaging social media content, and analyzing campaign performance to drive measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, manage, and optimize content across social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
    • Create and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Plan and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored for different platforms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute online advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
    • Stay updated with trends in social media, digital marketing, and real estate marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to align media campaigns with overall business and marketing objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in digital media, social media management, or online marketing.
    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, X, TikTok, etc.).
    • Strong skills in content creation, planning, and scheduling.
    • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
    • Experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
