Job Overview: 

We are seeking a creative and strategic digital marketer to oversee our online presence, engage our audience, and grow our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage content strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive engagement to enhance brand visibility. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic content calendar aligned with our business goals.
• Create engaging and educational content (graphics, reels, carousels, and short-form videos) tailored to structure, productivity, and sales.
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok) to grow brand visibility.
• Monitor social trends and engage actively with relevant communities and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align content with business offerings.
• Track analytics, report on performance, and adjust strategy for better engagement and conversion.
• Assist in building email campaigns, blog posts, and landing page content as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of business, productivity, and sales-related content.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite), and basic video editing.
• Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of social media KPIs and analytics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bonus: Experience with ads, email marketing, or lead magnets.
