Remuneration: N200,000/month

As we grow, we’re looking for a smart, capable Digital Marketing Executive to own execution across digital channels, bring fresh ideas to life, and help us drive adoption, partnerships, and engagement.

What The Role Is

We’re looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who knows how to execute, lead, and deliver results. This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do. We want someone with an ownership mindset; someone who sees gaps, suggests ideas, builds plans, and brings them to life.

The person in this role will own and drive our marketing engine from ideation to execution, across digital channels, social content, and lead generation campaigns.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and has a strong bias for action. You’ll ideate, plan, write, launch, and optimize campaigns that generate leads, engage customers, and grow our brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns
• Run email marketing campaigns: newsletters, onboarding emails, flows, and sequences
• Set up and manage the content calendar, in collaboration with the designer.
• Manage and grow our social media pages
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming, and strategic planning sessions
• Represent the brand in meetings and virtual events when needed

What You Should Have

• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a marketing role
• Excellent writing skills. This is non-negotiable. You must write clearly, sharply, and with intent. No AI writing.
• Strong experience with email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing
• Experience with tools like CapCut or any professional video creation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A natural team player who thrives in collaborative environments
• Confidence and presence on camera for social and campaign videos
• Familiarity with content strategy, content calendars, and digital marketing tools
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and own projects end to end
