    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a digital marketer to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
    • The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in the fundamentals of inbound marketing, but have the ability to think strategically and create excellent customer journeys across email, social, and website channels.
    • This role will primarily support B2B efforts for enterprise and mid-market companies, as well as work cross-functionally (Account Management, Sales, Product, and Operations) to execute on organizational goals and objectives.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Develop and iterate on nurture programs for target segments (by product, industry, etc.) that move prospects through the marketing and sales funnel leveraging PackaGo content
    • Write, build, send, and report on single-send emails and drip campaigns
    • Test subject lines and CTAs to improve performance, including A/B testing as appropriate
    • Develop email personalization strategy to increase relevance and performance


    • Create a social calendar (LinkedIn) that engages buyers across products and stages of the customer journey
    • Curate relevant third-party content that compliments PackaGo's thought leadership
    • Write, create, post, report on the performance of posts
    • Work with the creative team to increase engagement of posts

    Web and SEO:

    • Create, publish and update landing pages for new content (blogs, playbooks, whitepapers, and infographics), product pages, and industry pages. Requires knowledge of on-page SEO best practices for keyword optimization
    • Analyze and report on landing page performance and recommend conversion optimization plans
    • Optimize internal linking of existing and new web assets
    • Conduct keyword research, determine prioritization, and create optimation plans
    • Provide day-to-day support to cross-functional stakeholders and ad-hoc web projects
    • Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to share insights on website contribution to demand generation
    • Work with the creative team to create on-brand, engaging landing pages

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's Degree / equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Communications
    • 1 - 3 years of tactical experience with B2B inbound marketing
    • Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate potential and actual results of programs
    • Experience with marketing automation platform, Pardot preferred
    • Impeccable organization and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Team player who is collaborative and agile
    • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
    • Ideal candidate is proactive and eager to learn.
