    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Edurex.
    • As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online marketing efforts to promote our educational products and services, contributing to our growth and impact in the EdTech industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM), with the goal of increasing brand visibility and user engagement.
    • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and advertisements, tailored to our target audience.
    • SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
    • Social Media Management: Manage and grow Edurex's social media presence by developing content calendars, posting regular updates, and engaging with our audience to build brand loyalty.
    • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and retain customers.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
    • Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging digital content.
    • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
