We are looking to hire experienced and talented Digital Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the Bank that aligns with its objectives.
The job holder utilizes various online channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising to drive the Bank’s digital footprint on all social and virtual channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, utilizing various online channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
Optimize website content, structure, and performance for improved organic search rankings, user experience, and conversions.
Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including budget allocation, keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking.
Create and curate compelling and engaging content for website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement through data analysis, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and apply them to optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role
Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Should currently be within the Banking Officer (BO) - Assistant Manager (AM) grade level.
