    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive all online marketing activities for PRAG.
    • This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow online visibility, generate leads, and convert traffic into sales for our energy products.

    Key responsibilities
    Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement monthly digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
    • Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and performance targets.
    • Advise CEO on trends and digital opportunities.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, WhatsApp).
    • Supervise landing page design, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
    • Lead SEO strategy including blog publishing and on-site optimization.

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor KPIs: traffic, leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS.
    • Prepare monthly performance dashboards for the CEO.
    • Implement tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
    • Team & Vendor Management:

    Manage external freelancers or agencies for:

    • Ad creative/design
    • SEO writing
    • Paid media campaigns
    • Ensure timely delivery of all digital assets and content.

    CRM & Communication:

    • Oversee WhatsApp and Email automation workflows.
    • Create nurture sequences to turn leads into buyers.

    Required Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (B2C or B2B).
    • Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, landing pages, funnels, and retargeting
    • Experience working with Nigerian or African markets is a plus
    • Familiarity with energy, electronics, or durable goods industries is an advantage
    • Excellent project management and reporting skills
    • Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp/Hubspot, WhatsApp Business

    Work Style:

    • Results-oriented, self-managing
    • Able to work closely with the CEO for direction and alignment
    • Comfortable working with remote freelancers or agencies.
