Job Requirement

• Fluent, have acceptable accents for a Nigerian market, and speak clearly and understandably in English language.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Top writing skill in English is mandatory.
• Call Centre Experience: at least 3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat will be preferred.
• Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
• An effective team player who is able to also work independently.
• Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively.
• Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Robust multitasking skills (e.g. able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously).
• Facebook online advertising experience is preferred.
