About the Role

• Uppermark Solutions Limited is seeking a strategic, result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our team.
• With over 4 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive digital strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.
• This role requires a blend of creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and project management excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Project Management: Act as the primary lead for client digital accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed performance KPIs.
• Strategy Development: Design and implement 360° digital marketing campaigns involving SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign health and provide actionable insights.
• Content & Ad Coordination: Oversee the creation of high-converting ad copy and visual assets, working closely with designers and content creators.
• Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with clients, presenting monthly reports and strategic recommendations for growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in a professional digital marketing role (Agency experience is a significant plus).
• Location: Candidates must reside in Surulere or on the Lagos Mainland to ensure proximity to the office.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
