Job Summary

• BON Hotels is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Lagos.
• This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer with at least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, especially within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, generating leads, and supporting the overall marketing goals of the hotel.
• A strong command of SEO best practices and the ability to craft compelling sales copy will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Manage and update content on BON Hotels’ website and social media channels.
• Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic reach.
• Write engaging and persuasive marketing copy for web, email, and ads.
• Track performance metrics and provide reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales, reservations, and F&B teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
