Digital Marketing Associate at Impact HER Africa

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for women entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with women entrepreneurs to understand their business goals and target audience.
• Schedule, organize, and host webinars and online workshops to educate and train women entrepreneurs on digital marketing best practices.
• Conduct one-on-one calls with participants to provide personalized guidance, answer questions, and address challenges they may face in implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing the organization’s digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email marketing tools
• Assist in planning and organizing events for the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with the African SME landscape is a plus.
