Digital Marketer / Strategist at OneLand Africa

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. (Google Ads, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, Twitter, Linkedin etc)
• Build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals(ROI and KPI’s)
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies that will lead to conversion.
• Identify trends and insights
• Utilize Strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Prepare budget for digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc / HND / M.Sc Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Certification in digital marketing is an advantage
• 3 - 6 years proven work experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Demonstrableexperience in leading and managing SEO / SEM marketing database, email, social media and display advertising tools.
• Experienced in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaign.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of website and social media analytics eg (Google Analytics, Webtrends etc)
• Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
