    Digital Marketer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital platforms to ensure the organization's digital presence remains innovative and competitive.
    • Create and manage engaging and relevant content across various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email.
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and quality in messaging.
    • Build and maintain a strong social media presence across key platforms.
    • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
    • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitive insights.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with the audience.
    • Able to handle graphic designs.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
    • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
