    Digital Marketer

    The Position

    The ideal candidate will work with our Product, Underwriting, Sales, Clinic and Technology teams, to develop, manage, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns to drive the overall customer growth in line with our strategy and financial goals. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations. Your main goal is to help grow our customer pipeline while also increasing brand loyalty, awareness and influence for Reliance Health.

    Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. You will have responsibility for the growth of our retail insurance product while driving leads for our corporate insurance products and our physical clinic locations.  In addition to technical expertise, you will bring creativity to all growth strategies developed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
    • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
    • Develop and allocate monthly budget to various digital marketing expenses based on their income-generating potential
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

    Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

    Must Haves:

    • At least 3 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing. B2B, B2C, and startup experience preferred
    • Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CTR cost models
    • Thorough understanding of various online marketing funnels
    • Experience managing organic acquisition, including SEO and CRO
    • Very data driven with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • A demonstration of curiosity, love for learning, creativity, execution and speed
    • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and measurement.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to think outside the box.
