We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer/Content Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and rankings.
• Content Development:
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and audience-focused content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce multimedia content.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the company\'s social media presence across platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Respond to comments and messages to build community and brand loyalty.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) of digital campaigns to measure effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
• Collaboration:

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:

Professional Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns and creating engaging content.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media management platforms.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.

Content Creation Skills:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
