Job Description

• We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketer to lead our marketing team of our business and management journal. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations.
• Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
• Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management.
• In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• He or she may also be responsible for managing the online presence of the brand by using social networking tools like Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and Google My Business.
• He/she is responsible for ensuring that the website reaches its target audience easily. This includes optimizing website structure and content for search engines and use of paid advertising available on the digital space. SEO and SEM’s purpose is to help drive relevant traffic to their website.
• He/she is responsible for the website content. Creating and implementing the content strategy to make sure online objectives are met.
• He / she is responsible for converting website visitors into online sales.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 15 years work experience.
