Job Summary

• We are looking for an innovative and result driven digital marketer, to join our real estate firm. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• To enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and integrate digital solutions, with traditional OOH advertising. 
• This role requires expert in online marketing, social media management, content creation, and performance analytics to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing startegies, to promote OOH advertising services and attract client.
• Manage and optimize the companies online presence, including website, social media platforms, and emails marketing campaigns.
• Create and distribute engaging content, including blog post, graphics, videos and case studies, to showcase OOH advertising solutions.
• Execute social media advertising, (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, Twitter, and TikTok). to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor and analize digital marketing campaigns performance, using tools like google analytics, Facebook insight, and SEO software.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams, to align marketing effort with business growth.
• Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (Google ads, social media ads, and programatic ads.). To drive traffic.
• Stay updated in digital marketing trends, emerging technology, and industry development.
• Prepare report on campaign effectiveness and suggest data driven optimization.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, Communication, or a related field with 3-6 yrs of experience in digital marketing, preferably in advertising, and media.
• Proficiency in SEO, google ads, Meta ads, (Facebook and Instagram) Linkdln ads, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of how digital marketing can complement OOH advertising campaigns.
• Hands on experience with content creation, social media management, and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools, such as google analytics and social media analytics.
• Excellent writing, communication skills, and graphic design skills. ( basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe creative suite is a plus).
• Ability to mange multiple project in a a fast paced environment and meet deadline.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools, like Hubspot, Zoho, or Mail chimp.
