    Digital Marketer

    Position Overview:

    • As a Digital Marketer at our Virtual Health Facility, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and promoting our services to a global audience.
    • Your responsibilities will revolve around developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic to our virtual health platform, and ultimately increase patient engagement and revenue.
    • This dynamic position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, a passion for healthcare, and a creative approach to reach and connect with our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the virtual health facility's goals, encompassing brand awareness, lead generation, patient acquisition, and retention.
    • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and informative content for the virtual health platform's website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Ensure content is accurate, medically credible, and compliant with relevant regulations.
    • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the facility's presence across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Curate and schedule content, engage with followers, and monitor online conversations.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve the virtual health facility's organic search rankings and increase website visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, and create backlinking strategies to enhance online authority.
    • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results and ROI.
    • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated workflows, and personalized content to nurture leads and retain existing patients.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize various analytics tools to track the performance of marketing efforts and generate meaningful reports. Analyze data to identify trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
    • Partnerships and Collaborations: Explore partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and healthcare professionals to expand the virtual health facility's reach and influence in the industry.
    • User Experience (UX) Enhancement: Work with the UX team to improve the virtual health platform's user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a digital marketer, preferably in the healthcare or virtual health industry.
    • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy considerations.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling and medically accurate content.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced virtual environment.
