Job Competency Requirement

• Ability to create content that drives Electrical and Mechanical Engineering sales online, manage the organization’s website maintain it and keep best practices in mind.
• Ability to manage the organization’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok) and improve the search engine ranking of the organization’s website towards better visibility for those searching within the industry.
• Ability to organically drive and improve the visibility of the organization’s brand and followership on social media
• Ability to work with various content formats such as blogs, video, audio, newsletter, etc and run ads campaigns for the brand towards increasing sales. Ad campaign on Google and social media channels.
• Ability excellently plans, execute all tasks assigned and provide an internal report regularly.
• Understand running of email campaigns on email software online through good storytelling to drive sales or create awareness.
• Understand and read Google Analytics and social media insights towards drawing deductive and logical approaches to improving visitor behaviors to the channels and website.

Job Qualifications Requirement

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication,  Advertising or other related fields  with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Applicant Must possess a good storytelling ability, be able to create and manage content and be proficient in the use of Marketing tools and techniques like SEO, SEM, email, social media, website and display advertising.
• Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe  is necessary.
• Should possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
