Job Summary

• We are looking for a Digital Marketer & Data Analyst to join our team at SoftNation Homes and Property. 
• This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can develop digital marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and analyze data to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Optimize the company’s online presence and website for SEO and lead generation.
• Analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure performance and suggest improvements.
• Track and evaluate customer behavior, sales trends, and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Create engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on marketing campaigns to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Education & Experience

• Degree/Certifications in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid ad campaigns.
• Experience working in real estate marketing is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and real estate marketing strategies.
• Ability to create compelling content and engage audiences.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
