Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Spitze’s properties and services.
• Create and edit high-quality visual, multimedia and original content (videos, reels, graphics, blog posts, property descriptions, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, or Figma.
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster audience engagement and community growth.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to improve visibility and engagement.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
• Write engaging, SEO-optimized copy for social media posts, blog articles, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing and project teams to align content with business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align content efforts with business goals.
• Track key performance metrics of digital campaigns (i.e. engagement, reach, web traffic, conversions) and periodically provide insightful reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Computer Science or any related field.
• Proven 2 years+ experience as a Digital Marketer, Content Creator, Social Media Manager or similar role (preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or related sectors).
• Proficiency in visual content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Figma or similar.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing, ability to maintain a website (i.e. ensure its functionality, security and performance) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SEO, email marketing tools, managing social media ad platforms like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads etc.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, communication, and storytelling skills, with strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic video editing and motion design skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand tone, style, and consistency
• Strong knowledge of digital trends and social media algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Online community management and customer service skills
• Must be resident in Abuja.
