Job Description

• Must have a passion for the “art” of marketing serviced apartments via different channels both online and offline,
• Have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote the property to ensure consistent bookings.
• The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in a ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.
• Business Development - Identify opportunities for new channels to grow and maintain the highest possible booking occupancy.
• Social Media and Online Presence – Create, Manage the social media accounts for the property and ensure all properties are advertised and promoted to the highest standard.
• Web developing.
• Offline (traditional marketing) - leverage traditional channels to bring in new bookings.
• Market and Manage the reservation function to maintain the highest possible booking occupancy.
• Set and meet minimum monthly revenue and occupancy target.
• Loading properties onto platforms required, uploading new and updating rates across all platforms.
• Initiate surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
• Customer support for guest pre/post stay queries.
• Contribute to brainstorming meeting and the development of new ideas
• Design virtually compelling direct response campaigns and create projects to implement accross all channels to attract new customers
• Prepare digital products pitch representation
• Ability to Conceptualize and deliver creative content including written , photo. Videos assets to alight with the brand voice.
• Create virtually appealing video campaigns on social media, emails campaign etc, as well as analyzing their impact.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
