Digital / IT Officer at Rigo Microfinance Bank Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Bank's online deposit account applications, review pending applications, contact customers who failed to complete an application, and process approved applications.
• Follow designated account opening procedures. Research and resolve account opening  problems.
• Accepts online loan applications and facilitates the customers' loan process.
• Provide solutions to customers and employees digital needs including hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnosis, at the shortest time possible.
• Pull Digital Banking reports and perform manual clean-up of data (inactives, e-Statement changes, removing closed accounts from Bill Pay, etc.)
• Be a go-to person in terms of digital banking knowledge, processes, policy and procedures
• Proactively look for ways to solve Digital Banking problems and to improve Digital Banking processes, reporting, etc.
• Communicate with 3rd party vendors
• Conduct IT Training for employees of the Bank periodically;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science or related field with proven experience solving complex IT and Digital problems.
• Experience in managing a broad portfolio of digital banking activities, products and solutions.
• Quality teamwork and leadership traits, ability to initiate new digital banking solutions and creatively manage all IT and digital projects of the Bank.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems within the shortest time.
