Digital Incubation Lead at Trium Limited

Job Summary

• We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Digital Incubation Lead to head Trium’s early-stage venture design and experimentation efforts.
• This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, market innovation, and corporate venturing. You will be responsible for shaping our pipeline of new venture concepts, overseeing their validation, and guiding them through structured learning cycles toward investment-grade readiness, with the added mandate to shape incubation frameworks, set strategic direction, and coach internal teams to build for value, velocity, and viability.

Job Details

Strategic Pipeline & Opportunity Management

•  Lead the discovery, evaluation, and prioritisation of early-stage venture opportunities.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of pre-MVP concepts aligned with Trium’s investment theses.
• Translate whitespace analyses and venture theses into actionable opportunity briefs.
•  Oversee the investment case development for concepts that achieve validation milestones.

Incubation & Product Leadership

• Design and lead pretotype strategies — including experiment roadmaps, learning metrics, and market testing approaches.
• Guide the formation of early value propositions, business models, and prototype concepts.
• Drive lean experimentation, customer validation, and usability testing for new products.
• Lead the cross-functional team (design, product, research, domain experts) to turn validated concepts into fundable MVPs.

Venture Governance

• Establish internal standards for incubation cadence, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Own the venture incubation playbook — including stage gates, test criteria, and learn-do cycles.
• Serve as the decision-maker on when to pivot, persevere, or sunset a concept.
• Regularly engage the CEO and other stakeholders with incubation reports and readiness assessments.

Team Leadership & Governance

•  Lead and mentor a team of product innovation associates and analysts.
• Drive a culture of structured curiosity, hypothesis-led thinking, and evidence-based innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. A Master’s in innovation, strategy, or product design is advantageous.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in a product leadership, venture building, or innovation strategy role.
• Prior experience in corporate innovation, startup incubation, or digital strategy consulting is highly desirable.
• A track record of designing, validating, and launching 0-to-1 digital products or ventures.
