We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Engagement Producer to join our team.
As the Digital Engagement Producer, you will play a key role in creating and implementing digital strategies to engage our audience across various digital platforms.
You will work closely with the content team to produce compelling digital content and drive audience growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital engagement strategies: Plan and implement strategies to increase audience engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital platforms, including social media, website, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
Content production and coordination: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and shareable digital content, including videos, articles, infographics, and interactive media. Ensure consistency of content across different platforms and optimize content for search engines and social media.
Social media management: Manage Trust TV’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, monitor comments and messages, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
Audience analytics and reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze audience engagement and behavior across digital platforms. Generate reports and insights to optimize digital strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
Collaboration and coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment of digital engagement strategies with overall organizational goals. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments to drive innovation and audience growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital media, audience engagement strategies, social media platforms, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques to enhance Trust TV’s digital presence and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Proven experience in digital media, audience engagement, or social media management, preferably in the broadcasting or media industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital content production, and audience analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different digital platforms.
Proficient in using social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital media and audience engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, digital marketing concepts, and user experience principles.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
