Digital Customer Acquisition Specialist at TreNova Limited

Position Overview:

This is a performance-based contract role centered on driving enrollments for the MentorNigeria Consulting Academy. You will be responsible for promoting the academy, generating qualified leads, and enrolling participants into our school consulting training and mentorship program. This program empowers aspiring school consultants, private school owners (primary and secondary), and driven individuals passionate about educational transformation. 

The ideal candidate combines digital marketing strategy with strong sales execution to meet enrollment targets.

Target: 150 Enrolled Participants 
Gross Contract Sum: ₦1,900,000 — the more you enroll, the more you earn!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enrollments for the School Consulting Program through targeted outreach.
• Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and close sales.
• Maintain a leads and enrollment database.
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Run digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp.
• Create content for ads, emails, landing pages, and newsletters.
• Track and report on campaign and enrollment performance.
• Align messaging with program goals in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or B2C sales
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales or enrollments
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on results
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, WhatsApp Business, Google Ads, and CRM tools
• Strong communication and copy-writing skills
• A genuine interest in education, entrepreneurship, or consulting is a plus

Preferred (but Not Required)

• Experience in the education or training sector.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and lead generation funnels.
• Prior involvement with coaching, consulting, or mentorship programs.
