Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Content & Marketing Communications Lead to join our team full-time and on-site.
• This role is crucial in developing and implementing our digital content strategy, managing our online presence, and ensuring consistent and compelling communication with our audience.
• You will oversee the Team's work for both Rise Networks and our Sister Company Rise Interactive Studios

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy across all online platforms.
• Create, edit, and manage engaging content for various digital channels including websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content and campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage social media accounts and online reputation, including responding to comments and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and marketing communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, marketing communications, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
