Digital Content Creator/Social Media Manager at Sterlingwell Homes and Properties Limited

We seek to employ a social media manager who will promote the company’s products and services by developing digital content on our social media, marketing materials, and other platforms. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Own day-to-day social media planning and execution across platforms including caption writing and post scheduling.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Work with internal teams to produce amazing social media content that continuously drives customer activity and purchasing.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos and videos)
• Collaborate with other teams, like graphics designer to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
• Website Back End Management; Upload properties pictures on the website; Monitor and manage sales online.
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
• Produce video/picture based trailers, sales reels, and other promotional content.
• Own our content calendar and publishing cadence for our social media channels.
• Availability, position may require on-call activity after regular office hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND from any reputable institution.
• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• A solid understanding of digital video and social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with high degree of creativity.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, CapCut, VN and other digital design tools.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Even though the job is mostly remote, we would like if He/She resides around Lekki axis.
