Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to provide specialised nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis. The successful candidate will ensure safe treatment delivery, continuous patient monitoring, comfort, and prompt management of dialysis-related complications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care before, during, and after haemodialysis.
• Operate and monitor dialysis equipment and respond to treatment-related complications.
• Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, vascular access, and patient response to treatment.
• Educate patients on dialysis, medication, nutrition, vascular access care, and lifestyle management.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years experience in a haemodialysis unit, preferably in a tertiary or specialist hospital.
• Relevant dialysis/renal nursing qualification or certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid professional registration/licence.
• Proven competence in managing AV fistulas, grafts, and dialysis catheters.
• Strong patient-care, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
