Design Manager at Boomplay

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for brand activities, brand promotion, operations, marketing materials design for both online and offline platforms, as well as the execution of brand derivative designs. Ability to accurately grasp brand concepts and integrate them into designs.
• Responsible for the creative concepts and design execution of daily playlist cover and banner design/operational promotional materials.
• Develop design templates to enhance the quality and output efficiency of design.
• Proficient in motion graphics production, capable of collaborating on creating motion graphic videos for social media platform promotions in line with operational hotspots.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Fine Arts, Design, or related field, skilled in designing various styles.
• Possess theoretical design knowledge, keen insight into popular trends, and the ability to lead with innovation.
• Three or more years of work experience, with experience in handling brand design cases and key visual design experience.
• Experience in team management is a plus.
• Excellent professional skills in the use of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and video editing software.
• Cheerful personality, pragmatic, with good comprehension, creative proposal skills, and communication abilities. Ability to handle significant work pressure.
• Portfolio required during the interview process.
