This is a role in the creative department, supporting the execution of high-level design projects while contributing to the overall creative direction.
As a Design Associate, you will bring strategic thinking and advanced design skills to deliver impactful visual solutions across multiple platforms.
You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring design excellence and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Executing the design vision requires developing compelling, high-quality visual concepts across digital, print, and multimedia platforms by interpreting creative briefs and strictly adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives.
Manage multiple simultaneous design tasks with attention to detail to meet deadlines, and provide cross-departmental design support while ensuring brand consistency and high standards
Collaborate effectively with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to create cohesive campaigns, clearly communicate design concepts during presentations and reviews, and constructively incorporate feedback from clients and team leads to iterate on designs.
Maintain trend awareness and innovation by staying informed on industry trends, tools, and design techniques to introduce fresh perspectives that elevate visual storytelling, and to recommend design innovations that enhance creative impact or improve efficiency
Brand Stewardship, you will be responsible for ensuring all visual designs reflect and reinforce brand identities, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and visual language across all materials, and contributing to the development and upkeep of brand assets and style guides.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency inn Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital, print and multimedia.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining attention to detail.
