Design Architect at Tuxcan Luxury Limited

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Design Architect at TUXCAN LUXURY LIMITED in Abuja, with some flexibility for remote work. The Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating Architectural  and interior Design, collaborating with clients and team members, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Design Development: Create and develop design concepts, presentations, and proposals for architectural projects.
• Building Design: Design buildings and other structures,  ensuring that they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the needs of clients.
• Space Planning: Analyze space requirements and develop efficient and effective space plans.
• Material Selection: Select and specify materials, finishes, and systems for buildings.
• Construction Documentation: Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance : Ensure that the Design Outputs meet quality Benchmarks during design and construction phase.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit,and SketchUp
• Proficiency in 3D visualization softwares-3DSMAX ,Vray,Lumion. AI tools for viz.
• Proficiency in Presentation softwares-Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, indesign
• Proficiency in interior Design, space experience and management.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Proficiency and Expert knowledge in Design thinking .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings and design proposals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
