Role Description
- We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Architect for a full-time, on-site role located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
- The Design Architect will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing construction drawings, and managing design projects from concept to completion.
- This role includes collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with design standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
- Experience with Design Management and the ability to oversee project workflows
- Expertise in creating detailed and accurate Construction Drawings
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of architecture-related software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Lagos and meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an added advantage
