Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's mission and objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and lead initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
• Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to achieve profitability targets and maximize shareholder value.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks to the business, including market, operational, and regulatory risks, to safeguard the company's reputation and financial stability.
• Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and best practices, maintaining transparency and accountability in all business activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA or Advanced Degree will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the financial services industry, with at least 12 years of experience.
• Strong business development and Leadership experiences.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on inspiring and motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Sound judgment and integrity, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
