Depot Representative Officer at Mezovest Limited

Location: Ajah / Ibeju-Lekki Axis, Lagos

Job Summary

Mezovest Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Depot Representative to manage and oversee product deliveries at the depot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying product quantities, maintaining accurate records, and preparing detailed reports whenever products are received from suppliers such as Dangote.

Key Responsibilities              

• Receive and verify all incoming products delivered to the depot.
• Cross-check quantities against delivery documents and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on product receipts and stock levels.
• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions at the depot.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and accountability.
• Monitor stock movements and escalate any issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards while working at the depot.

Requirements

• Gender: Male (due to job requirements)
• Location: Must reside within Ajah / Ibeju-Lekki axis
• Experience: 2 – 3 years in inventory management, depot operations, or related field
• Excellent reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be very good with data entry, analysis, and reporting).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Gross Salary: N150,000
