Depot Coordinator at AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Cold Chain Management – Oversee stock levels, conduct regular checks, and ensure proper storage conditions for frozen chicken.
• Logistics & Distribution – Plan and schedule deliveries, optimize routes, and coordinate dispatch for timely customer fulfilment.
• Team Leadership – Supervise and motivate depot staff to maintain high efficiency and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Compliance & Quality Control – Implement health, safety, and food quality standards to maintain product integrity.
• Cost & Performance Management – Monitor depot costs, analyze sales data, and drive efficiency in operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the frozen food industry and FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report writing, and data analysis.
