Job Summary:

The Deposit Mobilization & Relationship Manager (Marketing Focus) is responsible for leading marketing efforts to drive deposit mobilization within the mortgage industry. This role entails developing and executing marketing strategies, fostering client relationships, and achieving monthly deposit targets through effective promotional campaigns and relationship management.

Job Competency Requirement

1. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly deposit mobilization targets set by management.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns, promotions, and collateral materials tailored to target audiences in the mortgage industry.
3. Drive deposit mobilization efforts by identifying and nurturing relationships with potential depositors, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional clients.
4. Implement innovative approaches to attract new deposits and increase retention rates of existing clients.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mortgage sector, serving as their primary contact for deposit-related inquiries and services.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, trends, and opportunities within the mortgage industry.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the mortgage industry and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing deposit mobilization strategies.
8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on deposit mobilization activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in deposit mobilization within the mortgage industry, with proven track record of successfully achieving deposit mobilization targets with strong network of contacts in the mortgage industry.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
