Deposit Administrator at Renmoney

The Position

The Deposit Administrator will compare parameters with existing deposit pricing grid for consistency. Document and file exceptional approvals for deposits obtained outside the pricing grid.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the operational deposit support function by providing real-time support in terms of customer/ deposit information needed by the Liability Generation team. 
• Daily monitoring of maturing Investments and timely notifying Account/Relationship managers
• Manage all correspondence with customers 
• Monitor dedicated bank accounts daily for inflows from customers · Ensure customer files are created on Mambu for accurate capture of deposits

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in deposit administration or banking operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Technically sound in understanding complex accounting and financial issues, continually alert and instinctive, and can resolve them.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
