    Dental Detailing Rep

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Mastering knowledge of GSK Oral Health Product.
    • Applying the product knowledge superiority in driving awareness and recommendation amongst dentists in responsible area through robust territory call plan by face to face and remote detailing.
    • Savvy in using technology enablers such as Veeva to operate day to day activities basis.
    • Driving penetration and trial by disseminating samples of GSK Oral Health Products to potential dentists within cycle plan, managing and monitoring sample deposition, documentations, and reporting.
    • Building the strong engagement with HCPs and association through brand activation such as small discussion program, product presentation, congress etc.
    • Responsible for fulfilling product demand of customer and driving sales growth in responsible area.

    Scope:

    • Scope of this position is limited to an assigned territory while collaborating among other team members and sharing knowledge and contribute efforts towards aligned business plans
    • COMPLEXITY: (degree of change & uncertainty; level of influencing required; degree of matrix working)
    • Ability to design and implement annual territory business plan to achieve planned objectives
    • Responsible for territory customers profiling, segmentation & targeting
    • Competence to make required daily calls to Dental Healthcare professionals with emphasis on call rate, call frequency and call coverage
    • Presentation skills for clinical meeting and seminar.
    • Strong networking ability and influencing skills
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of knowledge for product portfolio to ensure effective interactions with Dental Healthcare professionals/organisations
    • Work across boundaries with internal and external stakeholders

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Bachelor of Dental Surgery
    • Registered with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
    • Completion of the mandatory NYSC with discharge or exemption certificate
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related industry
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills, together with problem solving and organization skills.
    • Ability to work successfully under pressure both independently and within a team
    • Have a strong analytical approach and be able to effectively collect, collate and use data to enhance and improve business results
