Join The Living Room’s hot kitchen at YellowDoor Hotels in Abuja. You’ll help deliver consistently prepared dishes for hotel guests, working alongside the Chef de Partie in a fast-moving team that values high standards, practical support and learning on the job.

Your Mission

• Prepare, portion and organize ingredients before each service.
• Cook under the Chef de Partie’s direction.
• Follow recipes and plate dishes to agreed standards.
• Clean your workstation and equipment throughout each shift.
• Support other kitchen sections during rushes without neglecting your section.

What You Bring
Must-have:

• At least two years’ working-kitchen experience
• Hot-kitchen work under direction
• Prep and portioning
• Recipe and plating consistency
• Workstation and equipment hygiene

Nice-to-have:

• Basic culinary training

The Non-Negotiables:

• Fewer than two years’ working-kitchen experience.
• Cannot work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Cannot demonstrate a measurable improvement you helped a kitchen teammate achieve.
