Job Summary

• As a Demand Generation Marketer, you are to spearhead customer acquisition strategies for our platform. This role calls for a data-driven marketer with proficiency for creating impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver tangible results

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies, utilizing a mix of channels such as email, content, social, and events.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts..
• Create compelling marketing campaigns that drive interest, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimize website and conversion paths to maximize campaign performance.
• Leverage marketing automation and tools for lead nurturing and management.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify key segments and inform campaign targeting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in successful demand generation, preferably within SaaS or tech.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Semrush, HubSpot,)
• The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
