Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed
Achieving the volume and margin growth for the region within the period (quarter).
Supervise, lead and manage the sales team members to achieve their objectives
Develop and manage channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services, Industrial and Healthcare & Lifesciences.
Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
