    Demand Generation Coordinator

    InEvent is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Leader who is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated B2B lead generation campaigns including inbound, SEO, SEM and growth tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns and proven results in successfully planning, executing, and building programs and reports in Google Analytics and HubSpot and analyzing results.

    • Drive Qualified Leads: Develop lead generation strategies, objectives, goals, and metrics, and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities.
    • Integrated Campaign Development: Execute an integrated mix of SEO and SEM, inbound marketing campaigns for acquisition, including emails, landing pages, calls-to-action, and content.
    • Lead Nurture: Manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation sales funnel.
    • Marketing Automation: Ensure optimization of marketing automation best practices to attract and guide qualified leads through the sales process. An extensive marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and Google Analytics are required.
    • Content Creation: Experience and skills to write and advice various types of converting content, such as landing pages, blogs, video scripts and be able to host podcasts and webinars.
    • Calendar and Task Management: Keep a calendar of all lead generation campaigns, goals, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and demand generation efforts.
    • Targeting and Segmentation: Segment target audiences based on industries, personas, ICPs, and demographic criteria and completed interactions (conversions, downloads, calls, chats, lead form completion, page views, etc).
    • Lead Generation Workflows: Define lead flow processes and work with the Inside Sales team to optimize interdepartmental service level agreements; optimize system architecture and program workflows in HubSpot and Pipedrive to support Sales/Marketing processes.
    • Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on lead generation performance metrics, using the data to continually optimize campaigns. Ability to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email/landing page optimization.
    • Manage day-to-day activities and lead planning meetings with the Marketing Lead Gen squads to define and execute B2B demand generation strategies required to drive identified KPIs to meet the goal of the business’ growth initiatives.

    PRE-REQUISITES

    • 4+ years experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills
    • Experience with Hubspot email marketing campaigns;
    • Experience with Wordpress
    • Experience with SemRush SEO and SEM;
    • Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative;
    • Knowledge of the Google Drive suite.
    • Resilient to learn continuously in a startup
    • Experience managing a small team is a plus;
    • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal;
    • Must speak English fluently (TOEFL IBT > 95 or CAE > C1 level)
    • Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows)
    • Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android.
