Delivery Operations Analyst at Vendease

Job Summary

As a Delivery operations analyst at Vendease, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. Working alongside our drivers, as well as the inventory team, you will execute delivery tasks assigned by your supervisor, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service excellence throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
• Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
• Adhere to basic food and package handling standards and protocols. 
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide real-time delivery updates via the company’s delivery application and Slack.
• Collect and file a signed copy of proof of delivery.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Source for 3PL partners where additional capacity is needed.

Requirements

• Minimum O’level certificate with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Able and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
• Able to assist clients when needed
• Physically able to lift and carry ​products.
• Owning a smartphone 
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed​.
