A data and automation expert at Lodge Compliance will compile a data sets that will provide actionable insights and implement end-to-end automation solutions to enhance business performance. The successful candidate for this role will have an excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for transforming data into valuable insights
Responsibilities
Collect data, develop and maintain databases, and provide regular reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to team members.
Collaborate with other departments across the organization to understand and meet the data and automation requirements and needs.
Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using industry-leading tools based on project requirements and business goals.
Provide documentation for automation processes and training and support to end-users on the automated solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation tools for projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and compliance of data and automated processes.
Qualification
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Airtable, Python, R, or similar.
Knowledge of recent no-code tech tools such as Zapier, Webscrapper.io, etc.
