JOB DESCRIPTION
Entry of all data collected from the field
Analyzing data using statistical techniques and presenting findings to the overall project team and stakeholders
Implementing and maintaining databases
Gathering data from primary and secondary sources
Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends from the data
Presentation of the reports in comprehensive formats to the audience
A good Data officer is inquisitive, strategy-oriented, and can think outside the box for innovative solutions.
He/She should be able to operate in a systematic and scalable manner and have excellent communication skills.
He/She should be able to explain descriptively, be predictive, and be prescriptive analytically.
Maintains controls on data quality and integrity, including the deployment of data quality monitoring systems and processes
Monitor data processes and work with the overall project team to maintain data integrity and reconcile data discrepancies.
Review the quality of the data and perform quality checks to ensure appropriate data collection meets the needs of the evaluation process.
JOB EXPERIENCE
BSC/HND in computer science or related courses
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of programming languages
Experience in using database systems and manipulating data
Experience in solving technical problems and providing solutions
