Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify data from various sources into the company’s database.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
• Organize and maintain digital records for easy retrieval.
• Assist in processing and updating examination-related materials in the Examkits Department.
• Perform periodic data backups and quality checks.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
• Experience: Prior data entry or administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Location: Must reside in Enugu.

Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attributes: Reliable, discreet, and able to meet deadlines.
